George Younis B.Sc., FRICS, MCIArb
Chairman

George Younis has been with the firm since 1965 and has been based in our offices in Lebanon, Istanbul, Dubai, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. George’s background is in quantity surveying and has worked on many of the prestigious projects that the firm has been involved with and was head of the team at Ciragan Palace renovation project. He has over 7 years lecturing experience in Quantity Surveying and Specifications at the American University of Beirut. He also has extensive claims and arbitration experience throughout the Middle East.

Christopher Slate FRICS
Managing Director – UAE (ABU DHABI)

Chris joined D G Jones in Abu Dhabi in 1977 and has remained there continuously since then. In 1980, Chris was appointed Office Manager and has progressed to his current position of Managing Director. Chris now has over 40 years experience and his specialisations include claims appraisals, expert witness duties and pre contract works

Joseph Psaroulla B.Sc. MRICS
Managing Director – LEBANON

Joe has been with D G Jones & Partners since 1980. He has worked in the UAE, Istanbul, Cyprus, Kuwait and France but is based in Lebanon. Joe has an unequalled knowledge in the Lebanese construction and property market and has been responsible for many landmark projects such as the Central Bank, Movenpick and Ritz Carlton Hotels, Lebanese American University, etc. As Managing Director, Joe overseas all projects in Lebanon and specialises in Project Management.

Elias Kfoury B.Sc., MRICS
Managing Director – UAE (DUBAI)

Elie joined D G Jones & Partners in 1986 and before moving to Dubai in 1996 worked in Lebanon, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Elie has extensive experience in Dubai on all pre and post contract works from aluminium smelters to residential units. Having been in Dubai before and during its expansion gives Elie an unrivalled knowledge of the Dubai market.

Ian Bisgrove B.Sc., MRICS
Managing Director - QATAR

Ian has been with D G Jones & Partners in our Dubai office in 1998 and was appointed Managing Director of our Qatar office in 2004. Ian has extensive quantity surveying experience in Europe, the Middle and Far East. Having been in Qatar during a period of rapid expansion, Ian has an excellent insight into this important market.

Jim Beard P. G. Dip., B.Sc.
Managing Director – SAUDI ARABIA

Following Jim’s successful spell with D G Jones’ office in Abu Dhabi, Jim was appointed as our resident Managing Director for Saudi Arabia. Jim’s experience includes pre and post contract quantity surveying works, project management and cost control.
