 In
1967, the Practice was the first Chartered Quantity Surveying
firm to be established in Dubai. Since that time, the practice
has been extensively involved in development throughout
Dubai and Northern Emirates.
The Consultancy services provided are those normally associated
with the quantity surveying profession not only on general
construction work but also heavy engineering and agricultural
projects. In addition, the practice has now successfully
undertaken project/construction management and arbitration
services for its clients on a number of important projects.

The Practice offers its services to Owners directly and
also to Architects, Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical
Engineering Consultants. Resulting from its long experience,
detailed knowledge of construction costs, contractors and
local conditions, the practice is often called upon to provide
advice to Government and Municipal Departments, Financial
Institutions and Developers.

the Dubai Aluminim Smelter Plant, incorporating major associated
Power and Desalination complexes, and costing in excess
