Office was established in Baghdad in 1979, offering a full
range of quantity surveying, construction cost consultancy
and project management services.
Over
the years in Iraq, the Practice has been able to develop
an extensive knowledge of the local market and conditions.
Drawing upon this detailed knowledge ensures that competent
advice can be given on construction costs, contractual conditions
and local laws as well as recommending suitable contractors
and realistic contract periods. It also gathered the possibility
to manage the entire property life cycle from planning through
to development and implementation.
